		<description>The problem with elliptical machines is they force you to accept one stride length no matter how tall you are or how fast you are going. You won&#039;t train your lets through the same range of motion as you would running on the track.
It  might be an alternative to running outside in bad weather, but I think you want keep most of your training on the track.</description>
