I’ve been rehabbing a torn patella for over a year now. I’m back to normal but not as active as before. I’ve got a lot of strength back in the leg but this device gives me the mobility exercise that I need. This should be a supplement to what activities you’re doing now. I’m in my 40s but was a typical skateboard kid so getting on was no problem. The motion was nothing new to me but maybe difficult for others. One unexpected bonus is that your calves actually get a workout too. There are other devices that does similar movement but this is a good cheap alternative.

I was really interested in the wave, but didn’t want to spend $100, so I decided on the Rug Runner. It definitely focusses on your legs and gluts, while tageting your core a bit. It is a bit difficult keeping your feet positioned correctly on the ends. I do wish the board was a little easier to use.

Product arrived as promised. I have not been able to use it because the parts don’t fit together easily.
