You should get 1 to 2 hours of exercise every day
i dont think you should weight lift when your 11!!

If you’re doing that 3-5 times per week than that combined with a healthy balanced diet should be enough to see a steady weight loss. However, you’ll probably see results faster by ditching the stepper or replacing it a few times a week with a higher intensity cardio for example jogging/running, power-walking, cycling, swimming..
Also, you mention you’re 11 stone but you haven’t put your height so its hard to tell if you have a lot of weight to lose or not.

You are doing enough and that is good because you get more then I do. But if you are trying to lose weight then I can give some advice. Exercise won’t do it alone unfortunately. My cousin use to exercise 3 hours a day and then he would go out to eat at McDonalds and mess up his diet. It is best to eat every 4-5 hours and not eat 3 meals a day. You should eat a lot but cut back on calories, fat, and carbohydrates. Try to avoid going out to eat so much because you don’t know what they put in the food and most of the times it is high in calories and fat. They have plenty of healthy foods even if you are on the go like Healthy Choice, Smart Ones, and others. My wife lost 15 pounds in 1 month and I lost 20 pounds. We are getting slim and we hardly ever exercise and we don’t take any diet pills. We tried taking pills and that was a total mistake. Just watch what you eat, do atleast 30 minutes of exercise a day and you should be fine.
