How Much Weight Will I Lose If I Do This?

Have 1/2 of a block of wheatabix with no milk.
Have 1 stalk of celery for lunch.
Have whatever my parents give me for tea.
Run for about 10 minutes and go on stepper machine for 20 minutes and skip for 30 mins?
How much will I lose in a month?

    Your body need more nutrients and vitamins, and your not going to get much with that. You will lose the wieght but you should eat healthy. The wieght you lose will probably be mostly muscle. I suggest you go to your doctor and see what he/she reccomends.

    None. Your body will go into starvation mode and your cravings will go insane. You will either not be able to stick with it or you will develop an eating disorder. Its best to eat a balanced diet (which mean plenty of good healthy calories, much more than you are describing) and a consistent exercise schedule. The best method to lose weight and be healthy is good eating habits and lots of exercise. Done properly you can expect to lose up to 8 -10 lbs a month of fat. Don’t eat too little, it will slow down your ability to exercise properly. Just eat healthy. Eating healthy and consistently exercising is hard enough, please don’t starve yourself.

    you should be eating more for lunch like a salad with a half of a turkey sandwich
    are you eating at least 1200 calories a day if your not you need to be
    heres some info
    green beans
    salad bags
    carrots
    asparagus
    spinach you can make Peta pockets with spinach and veggies it like a pinch pie minus the calories and fat
    ever make home made chow mein with veggies its only 160 calories per cup
    veggie burgers are good
    chicken is always good but it depends how you make it never fry it or put it in oil the best way to cut it is to grill it taste good and is good for you
    if you don’t have a grill you can get a small one at job lot or just about anywhere
    do you eat breakfast if you don’t you should start now
    also you should be eating 5-6 times a day its easy
    1breakfast 2 lunch 3 snack 4 dinner 5 snack
    you should exercise at least 30 minutes a day 7 days a week or 45 minutes 4 times a week

    only 1 piece of celery for lunch? You won’t lose weight by starving yourself, your body will realize you’re starving and your metabolism will slow down.
    If you mean a piece of celery on top of whatever you normally eat, that won’t do anything except give you extra nutritional value, it won’t make you lose weight
    skip? lol

    It depend on your body chemistry, and you should eat something more wholesome. like have an apple or an orange. you want to focus on low fructose and high antioxidants plan along with vitamins a,b,d etc. have protein and SOME carbs, also milk is good for you. plus eating just this for each day for a work out is not good for you, it will change your metabolism and your body will store fat.

    probably none, if your a real skinny person or a chunker munker.
    just watch ur calories.
    if u can stay below 2000 calories a day, then however many you didn’t eat is how much weight you lost. look it up to see how many calories is a pound!

    you need protein and you shouldn’t starve your self you should eat at least 5 or 6 mini meals a day if you want to lose weight and healthy meals. and you need to exercise. Starving your self wont do anything!

    Forget about skipping, in place of that run an extra 15 minutes and do some crunches or sit ups like 100 a day
