I Have A Twist And Shape Stepper Machine How Often And For How Long Should I Use It To See Results?

im 16 and do absolutely nothing at the moment like literally nothing
im not obese i just want to lose a few pounds and be a little more toned (5′7 130 lbs)
i dont have THAT much time but how often and for how long should i use it?

    u should get around 20- 30 mins cardio 5 or 6 times a week. at least.
