Is A Stepper Machine Good To Use To Lose Inches?

30-40min a day 3x a week. Can I lose inches,get thin&slim,healthier etc? Also with a change of diet.
The machine is just sitting there in the basement lol
Please don’t spam me with product info,serious answers only.

    Yes the steppers is a good machine, Yes it will get your heart rate up for both cardiovascular fitness and for burning fat. if you are not used to the stepper and depending on your base fitness level you may not be able to complete 30 minutes. If you have access to some weights you should also be doing some form of weight bearing exercise, even if it is body weight exercises.
    if your machine has a heart rate monitor or you have a heart rate monitor that is not part of your stepper your heart rate should be between 60% and 80% max for aerobic fitness. High Intensity training in not need until you become a little more advanced.

    No.
    Any sort of exercise will do you good… but there are ones which are better.
    A stepper doesn’t elevate your heart rate high enough to make serious gains.
    Its unlikely that your going to get that ‘perfect body’ your looking for using a stepper.
    Use it since you have it… however there are many better options available.
    HIIT is the best cardio you can find. Read up on it. You don’t need to buy/join/pay for anything.
    You can do interval training running around the block.
    Another excellent fat burner is jumping rope. A skipping rope is cheap too.
    You will loose inches and ge thinner and slimmer with any form of cardio.
    You won’t loose weight unless your cutting carbs.
    Any sort exercise contributes to your health.
