I have a twist and shape stepper i got from boots for £23.32 in sale (usually £34.99) They are easy to use and are good for monitoring calories burnt. I use mine 30 mins a day also, most days, but not everyday if I don’t get time… at least 4 times a week. It’s good to take a glucosamine and chronditron supplement to protect your joints, or at least cod liver oil. You alse need to be eating a healthy calorie and fat controlled diet and ensure you get all your required daily nutrients.
