I had a stepper but it did nothing but bulk up my calf muscles and made my legs look bulky. I got a treadmill instead and got a much better fat burning workout and weight loss result. As for how much will you lose is hard to say because everyones body reacts differently.

you will be very disappointed in this device. The range of motion isn’t enough to really give you a good work out. If you want a quality stepper go to a sports store and get one.They will hold up to vigorous use and give a good workout. some even come with built in programing for different types of work outs.
You know the saying, (you get what you pay for.) it applies here.
