    Easy on the knees
I have rheumatoid arthritis and find this to be especially easy on the knees and hips while giving a great workout.

It’s true that the stepper moves all over the place. I move the coffee table and use it on a 3′x5′ area rug. It really does work, though. I have arthritis in my knees, and this does not bother me. I’ve found that strengthening my legs keeps the knee pain at bay in general. I can feel the difference in my glutes.

Great machine it just moves all over the place. Would be nice if there was something to put underneath the stepper to keep it in place. Do not want to buy all new machine.

I received this stepper last week and have been using it every day. It does move around the floor, but it does not take away from the workout. I didn’t receive the mat that was supposed to be included.

After a few minutes on the stepper, I was sweating. A great portable piece of equipment!

    Hard on Back and Joints
Most steppers go up and down motion. I felt this “rocking motion” in my knees more than my thighs and it also placed a strain on my lower back.

This would be a wonderful little exercise machine if you could keep it in place. It moves not just in step motion but all over the mat, carpet and floor.

This prodoct doesn’t move with me, and I do have it on carpet. I do like using it, it’s not as bad as it appears.

Being Diabetic, it’s hard to exercise everyday and I buy products to help me get motivated and keep me moving!

Don’t ever buy stuff you have order on their website.
I ordered this on New Years Eve last year, now it’s still 2/4, over a month later, and it still hasn’t arrived! Talk about crappy service!

Warning: may be bad for your back!
I can’t review this yet as a fitness machine, but can say that I now understand why they keep saying you should only do it for 5 minutes at a time for a good long while.

    Hard on the knees
This exercise machine is hard on the knees, due to the angle that your legs must be at when using the machine (and I don’t have bad knees).

A little squeak, but that’s it!
I read all the time that people have issues with this moving around the floor on them and the loud squeaking.

    Squeaky fat burner
I’ll admit it, I’m lazy and HATE to exercise. I may keep up with a routine for a few days only to get tired from the lack of convenience (going downstairs to the basement to do a…
