excellent, inexpensive stepper. The instructive DVD workout is very good. You can get a great overall workout with this compact sturdy little stepper.

disappointed in it
I was very disappointed in this device. It is very stiff and very hard to use and THERE IS NO WAY TO ADJUST THE TENSION ON THE TREADS.

Great Product.
Works your legs and arms. Love that it counts calories burned. Lost some weight and gained some weight. So far so good.

No problems so far and I am over the recommended weight limit for this product. Like some of the other reviews, it's a little boring, but all exercise programs are to me.
