Since I started to work out I was looking for a good weight loss product. I was on a diet but I felt that I needed a little “help” so I decided to try this great product and I had fantastic results. You can check their website at http://www.health-slim.info , they give you a free trial and you only pay 4.95$ shipping and handling.
I prefer the Elliptical b/c I’ve had knee surgery twice and don’t want to cause any more damage.
While there may be slight differences in the toning/fat burning results you achieve, I think ultimately what you should do is go with the machine you enjoy using more. If you enjoy using the stepper over the Elliptical (or vice versa), then you’re more likely to stick with a regular workout plan. Ultimately, either of them will do the trick as long as you use them regularly!
I would say they are equally effective it just depends on how one uses them. The stepper has been known to do more firming of the hamstrings and buttocks, while the elliptical seems more targeted towards your whole lower body and reduces the impact on your joints. Given the choice when I workout, I always go for the elliptical. I have noticed that elliptical gets my heart rate going faster than the stepper and seems to help me burn more calories also. Just my 2 cents.
I think the stepper is better for toning your legs, but the elliptical is definitely a better all-body workout. And it’s less likely to create larger muscles in your thighs. I don’t know which would burn more fat. I guess it depends on how you’d use them. I find it mentally easier to use the elliptical on a fast/powerful setting than a stepper, and the stepper bores me to tears so it’s useless to me anyway.
They are both good for burning fat (as is any cardio). Why not also try the treadmill and stationary bike?
You may find the stepper is harder on your knees than the other machines. In which case, why not do a variety of machines each time you go to the gym?
For maximum results, keep your resistance/intensity high and work out for AT LEAST 30 mins, 3 xs per week.
For toning legs, try pilates, weights, walking uphill or step aerobics.

They are both equally effective, but an eliptical is easier on the knees.
