I need to lose and tone up around my belly, booty and thighs..hehe.(had a baby 6 mths ago) so, i was wondering if a stair stepper machine could help tone up my mid section as well as the rest. I just got a gym membership, so i really have no clue what to do…i do like this machine though..any help or advice would be so much appreciated!

It’s a great start as it’s a cardio machine, but also one that works muscles – mostly the legs and butt. Cardio is necessary to burn fat, but resistance training is the only way to work muscle. You can ask a staff member at your gym what they recommend as well.
