i have a brand new treadmill, an ab lounge pro, a stepper machine & a gazelle. would like to find a site that i can put in the machines i have & get a work out routine set up.

You can look up each machine seperatly on google and get exercises for each machine. Hope that helps. And remember— Don’t judge your day by your harvest, but by the seeds you plant!

you don’t need a website to tell you how to exercise. that will just have you on your *** longer. just make your own routine.
