hi i started to exercise yesterday to shed off some excess pounds. i got a side-stepper machine (if you know that) and it said i burned 180 calories. i also jog every morning for less than an hour. is that enough for me to lose weight? how long before i see results?
i also watch my diet carefully, though i can’t really count my calorie intake.
any suggestions? thanks.

I’m 11 Stone! I do 30 minutes per day on stepper machine along with 30 pressups, a maximum of 150 reps of lifting 15 kg weights, this is done in 3 sets! Over the space of about 3 hours.

Have 1/2 of a block of wheatabix with no milk.
Have 1 stalk of celery for lunch.
Have whatever my parents give me for tea.
Run for about 10 minutes and go on stepper machine for 20 minutes and skip for 30 mins?
How much will I lose in a month?
